Twin Valley Coffee’s Return/Exchange Policy:
When the wrong bag of beans was brought home, or the shirt doesn’t fit quite right. We are here to make sure you have exactly what you need. Â

All returns or exchanges need to be done within 30 days with tags on the apparel and the receipt or card that was used to make the purchase.Â

All returns/exchanges must have a physical or electronic receipt available to show in order for the return to be processed.

Returns made without a receipt may only be refunded to a gift card for store credit.

Items purchased in a cafe must be returned/exchanged in any TVC Cafe.

Items purchased online must be returned via shipping to our production facility.Â

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from their returned or exchanged item(s).Â
