Refund policy

 

Twin Valley Coffee’s Return/Exchange Policy:

When the wrong bag of beans was brought home, or the shirt doesn’t fit quite right. We are here to make sure you have exactly what you need.  


  • All returns or exchanges need to be done within 30 days with tags on the apparel and the receipt or card that was used to make the purchase. 


  • Items eligible for return/exchange:

    • Apparel

    • Drinkware

    • Brewing Items

    • Sealed bags of Beans


  • Items NOT eligible for return/exchange: 

    • Gift Cards

    • Cold Brew Cards

    • Unsealed bags of beans


  • All returns/exchanges must have a physical or electronic receipt available to show in order for the return to be processed.

    • Returns made without a receipt may only be refunded to a gift card for store credit.


  • Items purchased in a cafe must be returned/exchanged in any TVC Cafe.


  • Items purchased online must be returned via shipping to our production facility. 

    • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from their returned or exchanged item(s). 

    • All online returns/exchanges must be initiated by reaching out to support@twinvalleycoffee.comÂ
