Frequently Asked Questions

Simply pick out the coffee beans you would like to receive on a subscription renewal basis. Then, select the product size, grind, and interval at which you would like to receive your shipment. After you place your order, you will be all set to go for the next shipment at the interval you selected on the product page. You will also receive a confirmation email where you can access your customer portal to manage your subscription. Interested? Scroll to the bottom of this page to get started!

Customers who pay for subscriptions using Shop Pay do not have their payment methods stored in their customer account in Shopify. Instead, they have to make these changes themselves from within their Shop Pay account. Please refer to this help doc on how to adjust this in the Shop App.

First, you must remove Shop Pay as your payment method:

  1.  In the Active orders section, click on the subscription order that you want to remove Shop Pay from.
  2. Scroll down to your subscription details, and then click Edit payment method.
  3. Click Remove Shop Pay to remove your payment method from your subscription, and then click Remove Shop Pay again to confirm.
  4. Optional: To manage your subscription, you need to visit the online store that you purchased from. Removing Shop Pay as a payment method doesn't cancel your subscription order.

Coffee bean orders can be set up to ship every week, bi-weekly, every three weeks, monthly or every six weeks.

1. When you purchase a product, you are sent an email with a unique link that will take you to your customer portal. (It will automatically expire every seven days.)
2. You can create an account on our website and log in to see the "Manage Subscription" button. Clicking it will lead you to your customer portal, where you can manage your subscriptions.

We use a "Pay As You Go" plan. With "Pay As You Go," you will be charged at regular intervals, per the order frequency and interval of your subscription. This plan type charges you just for the next recurring order or delivery.
