I'm a coffee snob. There, I said it! I have no qualms admitting that I wholeheartedly treat coffee like others treat wine. I take in the delicious aroma that wafts up to my nose like a melody; I stare down into the caffeinated abyss, waiting to see the deep mahogany hues twinkle as the light hits it. I tempt my taste buds with a small sip to savor every note and let it dance rhythmically around my mouth.

Now, I know all of this might sound a bit overboard (believe me, I've heard it... often), but coffee deserves to be savored. This is something that Twin Valley Coffee thought long and hard about. Understanding that there is a wide range of coffee lovers, from casual to die-hard, we developed a simplistic masterpiece. Our version of the classic cold brew was born!

What Is Cold Brew?

Like the well-loved iced coffee, cold brew finds its niche in how it's brewed. Unlike its hot-brewed counterpart, cold brew is true to its name. The coffee grounds are steeped anywhere from 12 to 24 hours in cold water to produce a velvety smooth cup. 

The result? Something uniquely delicate, less acidic, more robust, with low bitterness and more flavor than iced coffee. 

The long extraction method allows the coffee grounds to slowly infuse into the water, which develops an ultra-rich coffee concentrate.

Our cold brew is the most beloved drink we have created. This ultra-filtered coffee creates a sip that dances across your mouth. A top-secret brew, this is a silky, smooth reminder that you always deserve extraordinary coffee.
